NoBrokerDubai.ae operates exclusively as an online marketplace and information technology service connecting verified property owners and licensed developers directly with prospective buyers and tenants.

Regulatory Scope: NoBrokerDubai.ae does not operate as a real estate brokerage firm, does not represent buyers or sellers as an agent, does not collect brokerage commissions on transaction consideration, does not hold client transaction funds in escrow, and does not provide legal or financial advice.

To protect Dubai consumers from fraudulent rental scams and unauthorized property advertisements:

• For Property Owners: Submission of official Dubai Land Department Title Deed or Oqood certificate matching the applicant's Emirates ID or Passport.
• For Developers: Verification of active Commercial Trade License issued by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DED) and registration with RERA.
• Badges: The "VERIFIED OWNER" or "VERIFIED DEVELOPER" badge is issued solely following manual or programmatic document audit.

While discovery and communication occur directly on our platform, all binding property transactions must be executed through official channels:

• Property Sales: Buyer and seller finalize terms using standard DLD Form F (Contract of Sale) and complete the title deed conveyance at a certified DLD Real Estate Registration Trustee office.
• Property Rentals: Tenancy agreements must be registered through the official Ejari system via the Dubai REST application or authorized Ejari typing centers.

Third-party brokerage agents are strictly prohibited from posing as direct individual landlords or private owners on NoBrokerDubai. Any account flagged or proven to be acting as an unauthorized intermediary without title deed ownership is immediately suspended, and consumer fees are refunded in accordance with our terms.
