1. Data We Collect

We collect identity details (name, email, phone number) for account authentication, Emirates ID or Passport copies for verification, and property title deed information to confirm ownership before issuing verification badges.

2. Document Confidentiality & Encryption

Private verification documents (Title Deeds, Passports, Emirates IDs) are stored in secure, encrypted object storage with restricted Row Level Security (RLS) and are NEVER exposed publicly or shared with prospective buyers.

3. Contact Privacy

Direct landlord phone numbers are protected and can only be revealed when an owner explicitly approves a viewing or lead conversation.
