1. Marketplace Scope

NoBrokerDubai.ae ("the Platform") connects individual property owners, licensed property developers, and prospective buyers and tenants. The Platform does not conduct real estate brokerage, escrow agency, or formal legal conveyancing.

2. Accuracy of Listings & Ownership Verification

Owners listing property must certify legal ownership or hold valid power of attorney (POA). Submitting fraudulent documents or misrepresenting agency status as direct ownership constitutes a material breach and triggers account suspension.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Platform listing subscriptions and add-on promotions are billed in UAE Dirhams (AED). Subscriptions renew monthly or annually according to user selection and can be managed directly from the user dashboard.

4. Finalizing Transactions

All property sales, NOC releases, and title deed updates must be completed at certified Dubai Land Department (DLD) Registration Trustee offices in accordance with UAE real estate regulations.
